Fayetteville Gutter Solutionists
Gutters for the Fayette County seat and its newer neighborhoods
Fayetteville was laid out in 1822 as the seat of the new Fayette County, and the city and county were both named for the Marquis de Lafayette. The courthouse in the middle of the town square went up in 1825 and is the oldest surviving courthouse in Georgia; these days it serves as the welcome center. The Holliday-Dorsey-Fife House, a few blocks away, dates to 1855. The city sits about 22 miles south of downtown Atlanta and grew from 2,715 residents in 1980 to 18,957 at the 2020 census. Trilith Studios, the largest production facility in the state, opened here in 2014, and the Town at Trilith added a new neighborhood of homes across the street.
Our trucks make the run to Fayette County from Thornton Road in Lithia Springs, and the franchise belongs to Matthew Prewett. Much of Fayetteville went up in the 1990s and 2000s, so a lot of the gutters we see are the originals the builder hung: corners that drip, spikes backing out of the fascia and sections that dent at a touch. We clean and flush, reseal or replace, form new seamless runs in the driveway and fit BroGuard fine metal mesh. On wide hip roofs that funnel water to a single corner, 6-inch gutters and an extra downspout stop the spill at that corner. Every estimate is free and in writing.
The long-term NOAA normal for Atlanta is about 50.4 inches of rain a year, and Fayette County gets its share in steady winter fronts and short summer cloudbursts. Mature oaks and pines shade many Fayetteville lots, so leaves fill the troughs in November, pine straw drops in every season and spring pollen glues it all into a mat. Our maintenance program books one visit after the leaves are down and another after the pollen, so the gutters are clear before storm season.

Why the Brothers
Why Fayetteville Homeowners Call the Brothers
Half the homes in town were built before 1999, and many still wear their first gutters. We size the new system to the roof, not to the old one.
Oak leaves in fall and pollen in spring choke outlets quickly. BroGuard and timed cleanings keep them open.
Georgia clay holds water against a house. We extend and bury downspouts so rain clears the slab and crawlspace.

It depends on their age and condition. A lot of Fayetteville homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s, and builder gutters from that era often show leaking corners, spikes working loose and thin metal that dents. If the trouble is in a few spots, a repair makes sense. If joints leak along the whole run, seamless replacement usually costs less over time. We tell you which one on the walkthrough, in writing.
Plan on two cleanings a year: once in late fall after the oaks drop, and once in late spring after the pollen. A house with pines leaning over it can need a third. BroGuard fine metal mesh keeps most of the debris out, and our maintenance program puts the visits on the calendar for you.
Yes. We work on the older homes close to downtown and the 1825 courthouse, the subdivisions along Highways 54, 85, 92 and 314, the Redwine Road area and the newer houses at the Town at Trilith. Every estimate is free and in writing, and one local team handles the job from first call to cleanup.
Most of the time a downspout is dumping right at the wall, or the gutter is overflowing at a corner. Georgia clay soaks up water slowly, so it sits against the house. Longer extensions, a downspout moved to a better spot or an underground line that lets the water out farther from the house usually takes care of it.
We cover Fayetteville ZIP codes 30214 and 30215, from the courthouse square out to the neighborhoods along Highways 54, 85, 92 and 314. Estimates are free and written, and our crews drive down from the shop on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs.
